Walk On, Baby

Gabi started horse riding lessons today and she seems like an expert.

Well, as much as a nearly-three-year-old can be.

We had her going to another place that was pricey, a long drive, and didn't really teach her anything other than what a horse looks and smells like.

It was also crowded and we think she may have been a bit overwhelmed by that. Her new lessons are private, very inexpensive, and with someone I've known since I was a child.

The video is odd. I still have not figure out how to make it run at double speed.

In it, she has come back from riding up and down the road with the trainer who then stopped her in front of Corrine and me so that we can see how much she learned in one lesson.

Quite impressive, if you ask me.

  1. What you are not getting with this video, is her cute little mouse-like voice saying..
"Woa, BABY" AND "Walk on, Baby".

I think she is unbelievably talented, and deserves a pony of her own.

  2. Awww...how cute!!!
She doesn't look at all uncomfortable on such a big baby!!! Good for her, wish I could have heard her. I hope she gets her own pony!!

  3. Looks like fun. Horses are so beautiful, and kids can learn a lot from caring for them.
